How long does it take to make my order?

All of our products are custom engraved to order. We aim to have orders created and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Typical delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • International: 5–10 business days after dispatch (if applicable)

Delivery times may vary depending on the postal service.

Can I personalise my item?

Yes! Most of our products can be personalised with names, dates, or custom text. Please double-check spelling before placing your order to ensure everything is engraved correctly.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to change or update your personalisation details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once engraving has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Do you accept returns?

Because our items are personalised, we usually cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to help.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
