Thank you for shopping with us. Each item we sell is carefully personalised and laser engraved to order, so please allow time for us to create your product before it is shipped.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. As our products are personalised, we take care to ensure each item is engraved correctly before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

Typical delivery estimates:

• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch

• International: 5–10 business days after dispatch (if applicable)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available for your shipping method, tracking details will be included in the email.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delays
