Personalised Products
As most of our products are custom made and personalised, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items where the correct personalisation was provided and the product was produced as requested.
Please ensure all spelling, names, and dates entered during ordering are correct before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer either:

Non-Personalised Items
If we offer any non-personalised items, these may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once a return or issue has been approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
